Returns, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
Our aim at ornremedies.com is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept the return of packages within 7 days of the sale date only if the product is unused and is in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. dmp.in reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging. Open cartons/bottles, sealed bottles will not be taken back. Only In case the product received is the incorrect product ordered. In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. You may return the product in any of the below manner, we will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered. Return the product through any courier service. In case you return a product at your cost, we would give refund a maximum of Rs100/- to compensate for the cost incurred. We urge our customers not to accept an incorrect product.
For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a cheque , the customer can also provide their bank & branch name, account number and IFSC code and we will issue them a NEFT. The refund will be initiated at our end within 3 working days of receipt and inspection of the goods
